I enjoyed eating lunch here with some family while visiting from Colorado. The tortilla soup and bottomless fries were good, but my burger was perfectly cooked and absolutley smashing ???? The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly, we need these back home!
Islands has always been a favorite of mine, since living in Orange County for so many years. They've always provided good service and good tasty juicy burgers and their seasoned fries are delicious too. Very rarely have I had a poor experience with their wait staff, and on my most recent visit it was the same good cheery friendly service as usual. There was an incident that occurred with my food, but the restaurant's management handled it quickly and appropriately and I was happy! It's too bad that there aren't any Island Restaurants closer to where I live now, because it is a bit of a treat to have such flavorful juicy familiar food, and it's a good treat!
First time at this Islands and upon being seated the table was not clean. Burgers were tasty, asked for medium well and was definitely well done. Truffle fries weren't that great, tasted a bit stale to be honest. And literally had to ask multiple times for napkins.
