Good food and service as usual. I had the chicken enchiladas and a Cadillac margarita. My friend had the burrito. Everything was tasty. The outdoor seating area is a nice plus. It's covered so you don't get the heat from the sun.
I was so surprised by how good the food was. I often drove by this restaurant thinking it was a random and forgettable tex-mex place. I was very wrong! I ordered the carnitas plate and my wife ordered the enchiladas. Her enchiladas were fantastic. My carnitas were also delicious. The beans and rice were really good too. We are definitely coming back here. The service was friendly and fast.
I've been to Taco Rosa twice and it hasn't disappointed me yet. They have the best ceviche. I highly recommend it. I recently tried their mole enchiladas and asked for veggies instead of chicken for the filling. It was delicious ???? can't wait to try something new during my next visit.
