Took 40 minutes to have our order taken. Then our waiter disappeared for 20 minutes. Was he on break? No one knows. We had to ask the hostess for help and everyone in our section needed refills and ketchup and no one could find him. The busser started helping everyone. Service really needs to be improved or the manager needs to help. Plenty of other places to go where the service is a lot better. Not coming back. The food isn't that good for this kind of service.
Mediocre at best, we ordered two big waves turkey with grilled onions. The bun was stale/hard, there were no grilled onions on either burger and one burger had no onions at all and lettuce was scarce. The turkey burger was removed to show the toppings.
Top quality Restuarant, worth every penny at twice it's value. Every ingredient is cared for and served fresh. They also offer take out.
