Last night after just driving in from California we went through the drive Tru and ordered a few tacos two burritos and three quesadillas. The food was cold plus the meat was unseasoned. The tacos tortillas wasn't full tortillas they wear all broken plus they were hard (like straight out the pack like they had never been warmed up). The brurttios/ quesadillas were not wrapped/ folded properly most of the meat was in the foil. Plus the foil was wrapped poorly as well parts of the food was exposed. I would like to give 0 stars.. I will never visit this El Pollo Loco location again.
Great service but they don’t sell my Favorite order of taquitos ????…all the other items are good and fresh. Love their chicken meals and drinks choices.
The young kid at the register doesnt even make eye contact with you, mumbles when he talks, gives attitude when asking for a drink cup that I paid for... The location was dirty. Employees could care less you are there. No water cups.. they said they dont give out water cups?... what's with that?
