Food was great, service was wonderful. I especially appreciated the manager walking around and checking on each table! ????
I ordered a hamburger dry (no dressing) with an order of fries for my mom at the take out window. After a 30 minute wait to get the food, I went to my moms and found the burger was plain (no lettuce, no tomato, no onions) and the fries were over cooked. I called to let the manager know that I was not happy with my order, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then someone hung up the phone. Update: I called back, the manager made good by crediting my account.
Great food and decent prices. I'd say everything costs a bit too much for the portion size but the ingredients are high quality. The burgers and sandwiches are always good and their chicken tortilla soup is fantastic. Service is very good, if sometimes a bit slow but everyone is always friendly. I've been getting everything to go curbside recently and they do a great job. It's easy to order on the phone, pay over text or at curbside, and they bring everything out to you. They even keep the toppings separate so your burger doesn't get soggy. Update: Basically the exact opposite of everything I wrote above. Prices are even higher now and portion sizes are smaller than ever. I've been here a few times and it's just as bad every time, if not worse. Honestly, I don't know why I keep coming. The burgers are really dry and have no seasoning whatsoever. I tried a chicken sandwich instead and the whole thing was super dry and extra thin. It was maybe the size of half a chicken tender.
