Disappointed. As a beer club member I understood my guests would get the 20oz upgrade on their beers when they dine with me. Denise told me that's not the case and that I would need to take it up with her regional manager, Lindsey, if I had a problem with it. Check #116, Table #852. 6/14/23 at 9:10pm. If this is what we can expect moving forward I plan to cancel the beer club membership. Very unfortunate as this was my primary spot. But with Board and Brew, Bottle Logic, and a ton of other excellent beer and food options in the area, Denise really made what amounts to a 4oz difference in beer pours for my incited guests something that makes me unexcited to wander into this BJ's again.

beachwood's newest location, it's Beachwood I don't think anything else needs to be said, but I will anyway. Not a black IPA guy but that one I can drink pretty darn good. Of course the other three are IPAs as well all of them very good. Now the problem is deciding which one I'm going to get a point of ????

Typical BJ's restaurant. Once we were seated, we waited and waited for a waiter. After 30+ minutes I let the hostess know that no one had come to our table, and she said she will send someone. Once the waitress got there, she seemed annoyed that besides our drink orders, we were actually ready to order. You can tell she didn't want to help us. We were celebrating a birthday, asked if they'd sing, and she said no. It wasn't about them not singing,it was about the way she said it. She seemed so annoyed. We're never going back there again. There are plenty of other restaurants.
