We were fortunate to get a table without a reservation for Sunday dinner. It’s much like being in Italy, tight spaces in a narrow building. We sat inches from another couple beside us, but we adjusted. The service is quick and attentive. The pasta dishes, while good, weren’t the best I’ve had since I grew up in an Italian family and have been to Italy multiple times. It’s a touristy part of the north end of Boston, so you pay for that. The chicken parm was tender and plentiful. The sausage lacked the pepper part, but the fresh garlic made up for it. The penne was dry and lacked at least a little olive oil. The sausage itself was flavorful. Still a solid dinner and excellent service.

Authentic Italian just off the main drag in Little Italy. FANTASTIC meal AND service. Had the Veal Maraella, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Lobster Ravioli. Everything house made, including bread. Small restaurant with maybe 30 tables - love the smaller, intimate dining. No food pictures for us - just didn't feel like that kind of restaurant. Left phones put away and simply enjoyed an exceptional meal. Kid-friendliness: A very intimate restaurant, posing a challenge for young kids.

we had lunch! ordered the gnocchi ameritriciana and shrimp scampi. incredibly good: the gnocchi was soft but still had a bite, and the scampi sauce was light, delicious, and flavorful. service was friendly and kept our water glasses full. great new joint in the north end!
