We were 5 minutes late for our reservation, no problem, no grief. Seated immediately, and served right away by our capable server. The food is really wonderful, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The view is great- try to be there around sunset if you can. The total bill was astoundingly affordable! We had two beers, two appetizers, sake, and two rolls; $68 plus tip. A very nice experience, great food, try it!

Vibrant energy pulsed through this place and it pulled me in once I exited off of the elevator. Situated on the 6th floor, In The Raw Vu has an advantage that perhaps no other restaurant can boast: a breathtaking, panoramic view of the city. It was like eye-candy that dazzled through their tinted windows. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The hostess was adorably friendly, and our waiter was professional, helpful, and efficient. This certainly added another level of ease and enjoyment to the visit. My meal was superb. I ordered the Blackened Salmon. It had a beautiful sear and buttery tender meat and served with what I would call a mushroom pilaf or something similar. The delicious umami flavor made me dance a little with each bite. Top notch place and definitely worth a visit or many!
