I had an order delivered. I am from Alabama and haven't found a restaurant here in Texas that tastes like what I am accustomed to back home. I think I have my spot!! I ordered the Lemmon pepper gizzard, collards with macaroni and cheese!! 5 stars!!! Thank you In The Cut!!
I went to this place for the first time today because I saw they had salmon croquettes. I love salmon croquettes! I called it and picked it up. When I went to get it, Chef Shaun said he was picky about his food and he thought he should be give me a discount it just wasn’t up to par. If my lunch was subpar, I can’t wait to taste the good version. It was delicious. The salmon croquettes were perfect, like my mom’s. The collards were tender and well seasoned. Excellent! He was making a big batch of stuffed peppers that looked yummy. I’ll be back to try the catfish.
Shoutout to this black owned establishment. Today I visit this place and the food was amazing. Please check out the place you won’t be disappoint at all.
