I'm updating my review to say that the food is so good we keep forgetting to take pictures before we start eating! I finally have a *nice* picture to include. These are my Tacos Al Pastor and my wife's Tamals with a side of rice. I've been ordering a la carte because I'm on a diet, but these are both available as combo dinners. We've tried other things - they have a surprisingly extensive menu, and everything we've tried has been really good - but we both seem to have settled on what we got today,, at least for a while. Original review (but still accurate): This is Salvadoran (the sign out front says Mexican, but they have a nice mixture). My wife got one of the combination dinners, and I got a la carte tacos and tamales. Everything was delicious, and I wondered about all the reviews that complimented how clean it was until we ate there and saw our waitress mopping the floor in the dining area and another woman mopping in the kitchen when we paid. It's as good as Gloria's, and very rea
This place is a fusion of average Norteño Mexican food, the usual gorditas, quesadillas, rice and beans, with Central American antojitos. I had the Yuca with Chicharron, but to be honest the repollo was less than average, the chicharron was more like plain pork with no crispy texture. The place was clean and nice, the service was excellent but the food could be better. I also had platano frito with beans and sour cream and it was good. I have to try the pupusas and I hope the pupusas are better.
I was impressed about the food I ordered a bistec encebollado delicious fresh home made tortillas come take a look
