It was my first time trying In n out. Honestly it’s to overhyped. I expected way better. It’s kinda dry and not much going on. Whataburger is the place to go!
Poor service. I asked for two burgers combos without onion and without tomato. Worker at the register keyed in the order wrong. I didn’t realize until I was biting into onions. The receipt shows he did not take the order correct. Took entirely too long to re-make my sandwich so therefore my fresh fries were then cold. The gal that handed me the new sandwich was very nice. I ended up just throwing my food away as I was too disappointed to eat. You really need to put people on the register that can take an accurate order. Very disappointing.
Always smiling, friendly employees. Burgers are good. Fries serving size is great. Restaurant is clean. Employees are actually busy and not standing around ignoring customers. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible.
