This place just needs to move and rebuild in queen creek, it’s gotta be the busiest place at the marketplace besides target. It will take 2 hours to go eat here with your family and probably 90 minutes all together for a mobile order. I love this place, but they deserve better, wayyy too much traffic and not enough room. I wish you guys the best !
Had a really soggy kale "crunch" salad. Took it back and the second one was the same. Finally had to talk to the manager and they made a fresh one. The salad didn't have a date on it which seemed weird. Sandwich and fries were good and our trainee in the dining room was very nice. Last issue: Why is the play place still closed?! Kids aren't at risk of covid. Let the kids play!!!!!!!
After watching 2 employees chat for several minutes during the lunch rush, one of them finally decided to take my order. Then I got to the window to find out that they were out of chicken strips and offered nuggets instead. I ended up with five nuggets, to be exact. I didn't feel that was an even trade for 2 chicken strips. I love Chick-fil-A and eat at various locations at least a couple of times a week. I usually have a good experience, just not this time.
