Chick-fil-A

Come on CFA! We spend a lot of money at the Queen Creek CFA and unfortunately, it's been going downhill. Orders have been wrong or missing items more frequently. Last night, I went through drive thru and spent almost $60. They forgot the mac and cheese. It defeats the purpose of opting for drive thru when I still have to park and go inside for missing items. I was wet from kayaking and not really dressed for public so I was not too happy. I ordered a medium and large fry. Below is a picture of the large fry. Are you kidding me? So, it's really a small fry in a large box. No fries had fallen into the bag or had been eaten. Not filling up the fry containers has been happening, but this was the worst I've seen it. You're charging me for a large fry, but I'm not getting what I pay for. We've opted to patronize CFA frequently because the service is usually friendly and orders are usually correct.....but that's not the case lately.

There was a diner that decided to sit and talk about politics at the top of his voice. Would have been nicer if he was more educated and not getting all of his information from a radio show. He noticed we were uncomfortable with his talk and then went on about freedom of speech. We were just there to enjoy a nice lunch with my niece and nephew who are on fall break. This location has gotten very very bad. The quality of the food is very poor. Frosted lemonade was halfway diluted already. The 12 count chicken nuggets were half cooked and chewy. I ate 4 of the nuggets that I could tell were actually cooked. Won't be going to any Chick fila anytime soon
