I went there on Saturday afternoon. It is always busy. I ordered to-go but they don’t provide catchup and tissue. That is a bad customer services. My hands were greasy and I have to go to the bathroom afterward. By the way, I think in&out burger is just fine. I don’t know people give it 5 stars.
