The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order, so once I arrived they didn't acknowledge my presence while they continued taking calls. I waited 7 mins and the situation didn't change!!! I spoke up and was treated Iike an outsider!!! That was my first and my LAST visit!!! I hate to call it what it was... RACISM in real time!!!
Gave 2 stars for he great customer service from phone call to pick up, but unfortunately the pizza missed the Imos mark! Did they use propel cheese? Didn’t taste like it! Or was the cheese old I’m not sure but definitely different then Saint Louis location!
Tried Imo's for the first time and it was terrible. The pizza crust was soggy like they didn't cook it long enough and the cheese was all slid over. This should have never went out to a customer. We spent over $54.00 and I have had frozen pizzas that were better. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut.
