Imo's Pizza

I am never put "on hold", the staff is friendly and pizza is always just right! Well done! We have an Imo's at the end of my street in Saint Ann but over the last 4 months they put me on hold or don't even bother to answer the phone. This Imo's has not let me down and we want to give them a 5 star review!

This is family owned franchise. The owners were there working! The lady that took my order was kind, friendly and had the biggest smile. They even brought my order out to car, where I was waiting. Of course food was delicious ???? will visit them again.

I wanted to like this so bad. To be fair, the toasted ravioli and house vinaigrette we pretty good. The pizza not so much. It was soggy. The crust had no crisp and felt very rubbery. Maybe because it came to me cold, yet my salad was warm. I'm not a fan of microwaved food,, especially when I paid for It to be hot. Highly disappointed. Again, I really wanted this to be good, especially based on recommendations from locals.
