Chipotle Mexican Grill

Management should really look into this location. The front of the house/restaurant was sooo filthy. Truly don’t understand how you have 8 people on the clock, and no one has the decency to clean the dining area. In my perspective you wouldn’t eat at someone’s home who doesn’t clean, so I wouldn’t want to eat at a restaurant that isn’t keeping up with cleanliness either.

I put an online order in and the order was completely wrong. The only thing that was correct was the fact that they both were bowls. The protein and toppings were wrong, plus I got charged for guacamole and I didn’t even get that. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get refunded. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Chipotle, both online orders, and both were totally wrong. I understand that it’s busy, but I don’t understand how an employee can read a ticket and completely mess it up.

Food was fresh and very tasty. This was my first time going to Chipotle and it was well worth it. I got a bowl with the new steak dish that they serve. And my oh my it was so yummy it barely made it out of the parking lot. Staff was very friendly and quick. … More
