I've always loved this place. We came again to check out the soft opening and stay a night. Still the same cost as normal but the pool was closed. One complaint is the spiderwebs and spiders allllll over our balcony. It was so bad I was freaked out to sit out there at night. So I hope they fix that:) Otherwise, we will definitely be back!
DO NOT STAY HERE! We only stayed here one night from what was supposed to be a 3 day mini-vacation for us. We couldn’t stand it. Supposedly, it went through a huge renovation. To me, the place was run down, void of any amenities that it used to have, and the General Manager could care less about our dissatisfaction with our room and the condition of the hotel. Many parts of it were still under construction, the pool was closed, the room was dirty, and they only had a skeleton crew of employees. The front desk staff even admitted that they were forced to open to soon and they weren’t ready. They didn’t even have the vending machines stocked because they told us, “We are trying to save money by stocking it ourselves and we haven’t gotten around to it.” Do not look at old pictures of this place, because you will be VERY disappointed! There was a reason it was shut down to begin with, and it’s MUCH worse now! This is NOT a 3 star resort or hotel!
Was attending a convention 10 mins from this hotel. Such amazing views, friendly staff, excellent service & hospitality, along with daily cleaning. Would definitely come back again!
