Hickory House Lounge

A hidden gem. Nothing fancy,but if you like the feeling of a small town local eatery, then you will enjoy this place. Waitress was very friendly, and my breakfast was delicious. Food came very fast. They don't except credit cards, and I didn't see a sign stating this, but they do have a ATM. Overall a good experience.

Food was too greasy and did not taste right vary dirty staff was at least kind

The hostess is very rude. She forgot to give us menus and such. After sitting for about 5 mins, she finally asked us if we needed menus. One of the servers is very friendly though. She goes beyond and makes sure everyone is doing great. The food has changed. The owner went cheap. My daughter use to get Mickey pancakes. They don't put anything on it now. It use to come with whipped cream, sprinkles, cherry, etc. Same thing for the chocolate milk. I only go back because it is in walking distance and for the nice server.
