Food was great! Our waitress was very polite. However the front desk lady is a bit much. Not very friendly at all. Seems like if you want to be there we follow all her orders type of vibe. No good morning how are you! Just doing her job I guess. No customer service at all. Smh!
The waitress was amazing (which is why the rating is higher than i would give the food) She was attentive, prompt and thourough with assiting our table. I should have ordered something different though- i ordered the cowboy bbq burger and it was DRY - SUPER DRY. My daughter ordered a build your own omlet (with 3 selected options) that were VERY SKIMPY portions - i would probably go again (or atleast to a different location maybe??) but if this had been my first time at an Ihop it most likely would have been my last due to the lack of the quality of food
Came in at around 3pm on Sunday, quiet laid back atmosphere. Server was nice and attentive. I wanted a side of fruit, and thankfully she told me it was more like fruit cocktail so I passed on it. Bf wanted over medium eggs and said it twice but got runny eggs anyway. My omelet was good. For the price and quality of food it's super steep. Basically paying for the brand. But it is what it is.
