Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was good and so was the Mozzarella sticks other than that the rest of our meal was just sad. First order we got had a hair on it so it got sent back then the “new” order was cold and the third time didn’t have enough sauce and was dry . The wings came out before the appetizer did and even though we asked for carrots and celery we didn’t get those until we requested them again. I had higher hopes because we’ve been to one of these in a different location but no save your money . ????

I ordered to go wings and nachos. I live about ten minutes from the restaurant. The wings were overcooked but the flavor is nice. The nachos were stale not edible unfortunately. The place is popular considering the food isn’t on point. Maybe it’s fresher if you eat there? But way too busy considering the pandemic.

note to management: Servers should not lean on things, turn their back to customers and circle up and have long conversations together. I really like Buffalo Wild Wings and always enjoy coming. I was just shocked to see so many servers standing around talking in front of customers. At one point I saw a group of 6 severs all with their backs turned to customers laughing in a circle. In the past I ordered a takeout from this location and my wings came un-seasoned, seeing the employee attitude in person helped me understand how the food could get neglected so. I really enjoy buffalo wild wings so I will probably be back, but maybe the servers can talk amongst each other a little less in front of their neglected customers/privately somewhere so they can look like they work harder when they are in public.
