IHOP

Waiter didn't write anything down when taking the order. Forgot 2 items. Told him. Got one. Requested the other again, finally got it. Brought the wrong ticket at the end of service. I didn't spend that much. No biggie. Brought the new ticket. It had my order on it, plus some extras. Ok now that's a bit sketchy. Got the 3rd ticket. Paid that. Left a small tip despite everything, because everyone has an off day. On the way out a kid was at the register trying to pay while his mom was busy, And our waiter came up and yelled at him for not paying at the table. I shouldn't have tipped and should have called a manager. I just wanted to leave. Kid-friendliness: Many limited time options are directed towards children

IHOP at 8am or late night is always a necessary pleasantry. This time I needed to get a protein boost via bacon and eggs while I conducted some work at the table. Notebooks and electronics didn't discourage my server. I hardly looked up from my paperwork as she kept my coffee cup full and asking if I needed anything else. Very pleasant, easy going experience. Clean, friendly, and good quality food.

Waited 20 minutes for a table then another 20 and nobody helped me and my date. Right as we started to just leave someone finally helped. We didn’t even get drinks or anything. My friend Anthony works here. I love him but not this place
