IHOP

We had a great experience at this location. After a full day at the local entertainment, we-a party of 12 decided to sit down and have late night food from this location. It has been several years since enjoying IHOP, and this location did not let us down. This location is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. The store was clean inside and out, and the restrooms were well stocked and clean. Our server was prompt, friendly, and mindful of our needs. The food was fresh and was served at the typical amount of time it would take to prepare 12 meals. Prices were very affordable for the experience. Thank you IHOP for taking care of us, and we look forward to our next visit.

You would think for the location of this breakfast franchise you would have some DECENT professionalism but that is far from it. I came into this establishment looking for some quality breakfast food to fill my hunger. I was greeted at the door by what seems to be 4-5 servers/hosts who were bantering about who should take me as their guest between themselves as if it was a nuisance to even seat me. My actual server who finally attended to me was Devon, very respectful gentleman who did his best but unfortunately was not enough to save my sour experience here. We were given dirty silverware that Still had food stuck in between the fork and residue on the spoon and knife. I flagged down a different server by the name of “Ari” who gave me the excuse of “my bad sometimes we forget about some of the dirty ones.” That’s one of the worst things you can tell a customer as you now begin to wonder what other things they could’ve forgot? We went for breakfast. We were seated and gave our drink order. The couple that were seated immediately before us got their drinks, and the waitress took their food order. Groups coming in after us were getting their drinks and were ordering their food. A waitress stopped by the table, and we told her we were still waiting for our drinks. She went and spoke to our waitress. The couple that arrived before us got their food order, and the table immediately following us started getting their food. We still hadn't gotten our drinks at that point. We got up and left. Then, to top it off, some Karen stood behind us to try to keep us from leaving. I guess she thought we were trying to do it on the bill. Definitely not returning!
