IHOP

Everytime I order ihop the food is cold and I'm always missing something. This ihop i tried twice and both times the same. Cold food missing half my order. They won't give you the refund at the store. You need to do online and twice now I tried and never received a response or refund. Double check your orders because you will be missing stuff.

Weekly Sunday breakfast date with the hubby. IHOP was so not busy, we love going early. There was 4 or 5 tables at 7:30am. Waitress was terrific. We love getting a personal pot of coffee at the table. Food was really good, and fast. Hubby toast was over toasted a little, but still ok. You know we always get sausage, it was really good. Restaurant was clean. Recommend for a breakfast date. We went a 2nd time this morning. No personal pot anymore, ????. I tried the French toast today, it was yummy. Still the best sausage links so far in Grapevine area. Was busy at 8am today too.

Came in for dinner on 8/7/23 Monday after a stressful afternoon in the local ER with family. We were met with a bright smile by our waiter - Gregory D. He was super nice, professional and helpful when ordering. When he left we noticed not only was he the hostest and waiter, he was also the cook & busboy. He was running the whole restaurant alone and killing it. Food was hot, quick and delicious. To be in the situation of having so many hats at once he handles them all extremely well. Definitely management material & needs a raise. He was definitely a bright light in our hectic day!
