SHOGUN Sushi & Hibachi

The service was terrible tonight!! ! The cook forgot our shrimp while others at the table had about 10 shrimp a piece, plus the one order that he asked her to count how many she had and she stated she had to about 10, so he gave her 10 more… When he got to our end of the table, he stated that he will need to cook some more since he forgot we had shrimp…????When he brought the shrimp out he counted 7 shrimp a piece out and said that’s the normal serving .I immediately looked up at the other guests at the other end of the at table..The same was done with the fried rice , in which we also paid for extra rice and vegetables. Although we asked for the vegetables to be cooked well done, they were very mushy… He asked the other guest if their veggies were cooked to their liking, but somehow we weren’t asked anything… The best thing about this place tonight was the very nice guy who seated us! We come here often but won’t be coming back as we’ve experienced this same issue with the same

We didn’t make a reservation, and we walked in during a very busy time. They were still incredibly nice and seated us within 10 minutes, and the chef Kevin was cooking for us less than 10 minutes later. Spectacular service and the food was cooked absolutely perfectly for everyone. Kevin was so amazing we plan on specifically requesting him next time. Highly recommend coming here for hibachi.

Always good atmosphere and service at Shogun. If you're new to hibachi style restaurants or a typical fan it's a great spot to enjoy a meal along with skilled performance cooking. There is a table seating area if looking for just a sushi visit; as well as full bar for drinks be sure to get some sake!
