IHOP

Two IHOPs are conveniently located near us. We decided to come to the one in the Forum. What brought us to IHOP was their Newspaper ad offering their 2 + 2 + 2 Special. Two Eggs. 2 Bacons/Sausages. 2 Pancakes for $5.00. Two coffees were more than the meal. Like most restaurants IHOP seems to be understaffed. Other employees doubling down to pick up slack to receive and sit customers. Our waitress by choice was wearing a mask for Covid protection Masks are not conducive to good communications. Waitress was friendly and delivered our two food specials as ordered. Our tab came to $17.95 before tip. Nice IHOP has a bench in front of building & a waiting area for seating. No waiting was required today

Food and service is awesome. Seems the focus of appearance is the entrance and seating area, in the meantime the bathrooms DONT FLUSH properly, leaving a mess for the next person! The bathrooms should be part of the customer experience and protecting customers from further spread of disease. PLEASE FIX YOUR BATHROOMS.

Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and speedy. I suspect she was the manager. However, the kitchen must be overwhelmed; my order was not right and the breakfast sausage was cold and their replacement was clearly cooked in the microwave.
