I want yesterday for Lunch . I will say the staff was nice but the food was terrible. The manager was kind and asked me did I have any issues? . I did tell her politely that our food took forever and the fish was terrible, it was old , overcooked and freezer burn . I told her the cooks need to get their acts together. So sadly we have to stop somewhere else for food after . Please get your act together. The place is always empty . That should be saying something.
Should have known better when it looked empty. "Ring bell for service" sign on front desk. It makes no noise and the person takes their time to appear so you wont know if it actually even works for a few minutes. Food was overcooked. I order 3 fish filets, got 4 square nuggets and they only had cocktail sauce which I had to ask for. I killed an ant on the table in front of the server, who didn't seem to notice. After he disappeared into the back again, I noticed another... then a whole line on the wall. Bet there is a feast of lost food between the wall and booth. Guessing this place doesn't get a thorough cleaning often. Place is on auto pilot with no supervision. I can see why they were empty.
Would not let us sit down at a table to wait during the 10-15 minutes they told us it would be before ordering because they only had one cook. We were fine to wait to order but I'm not fine to have to hold a baby in my arms with nowhere comfortable to sit for 10-15 minutes. There was hardly anyone there, we would've been in nobody's way. This is poor customer service and obnoxious rules that benefit no one. All it did was cause them to lose money and gain a one star rating... Next time, let the mom and her family sit at a table while they wait. There's no harm in it. The manager on duty needs to learn a thing or two about being nice and courteous to their customers.
