Did me dirty on them cheese fries…

I just left your restaurant in scherville Indiana .I bought a burger with pickle and tomatoes. I bit into the burger and tasted something musher and raw. I spit it out the burger was completely raw.its salmonella city. And not one employee had a hair net on. Hair flopping everywhere. It's a no for me. 11- 8- 22. , 7:45 pm

Walked in to purchase food because drive thru line was long. There was one customer being waited on at the counter. When the associate finished talking her order she turned her back to take what seemed to be a phone call. She never greeted, recognized or acted like she saw me but I know she did because she turned back around and looked straight in my face but said nothing, still talking on the phone. After 3 minutes I finally had to say excuse me, I would like to order. At that time she finally responded and said I will be with you in a moment. When she got off the phone she took my order, however she did not apologize for her rude behavior. While I was waiting for my order another associate came up to confirm my order and said it would be up in a few minutes. This same associate bought me my order and apologized for the wait. Now she is the only reason that I would return to this location.
