My wife and I have been to this location a few times. Service was slow, lacking of friendliness and care. Today we came in and our server Liz was outstanding very personable and friendly. Food was great and we enjoyed everything. We will be back.
This has got to be the worst IHOP in the US. They all ways say 20 minute wait bit that turns into 45 minutes. I walked in and the hostess was serving customers food, it took 5 minutes for him to even talk to us. 3 party's walked out while I was waiting. Then half the food was cold. Absolutely horrible experience. It's a shame because IHOP in general has great food but this location is going to give them a bad reputation.
The food was perfect. Which was surprising, since the manager was the only person serving and cooking. This made service a little slow. But we were aware of this And the food made up for it.
