IHOP

Awful, awful service. Would not have the decency to answer a phone. The automated service hung up, and ended the call. Learned my lesson, they will not get any business from me. Too bad because the food was delicious, but piss poor service.

We arrived around 1am, because it was one of the only places nearby that was open and served food. Once we arrived, we noticed there was a bit of a queue and no one to be seen to host. But we were not in a rush, so we decided to wait it out. After 10+ minutes of waiting, a server who looked a bit stressed came over and told us he’s really busy. I don’t think they were expecting such a rush at that time! But we told him we were glad to wait and that he could take his time with us. So he sat us down. Every time he interacted with us I didn’t feel rushed. He took his time and even gave us his recommendations for our breakfast order. Even though he was the only one serving the whole restaurant, I felt as though the service was amazing given the circumstances. It was overall a pleasant experience with a solid breakfast.

After not having gone in several years because of the bad experience with bad service and long waits,(Reference to the Warwick Site) I decided to take my kids along with their friends to the Providence IHOP and I must admit, The food and service was AWESOME! Their coffee can be better and fresher.
