I would put ZERO STARS. The only way it let me review if I put 1Star.I Will Never Eat At Jacal Again.. I ordered salsa and chips I got my salsa in a mini Tashibox 2 ounce tiny disposable clear container I sat down to eat I didn't get silverware or waitress took forever to get my order from menu . I had to leave b4 my food came. I also asked for a refill on my tea to go and they wouldn't give me one..So I made my chicken soup to go when I got home opened up my chicken soup container I got a leg mostly broth one tiny potato a few green beans and I was told I would get corn on the cob and cabbage with vegetables. I paid almost $20 for my meal.. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with this service and food. I used to eat there and was a regular when it used to be Maria's.. years back ago I have no idea how it has 4.3 Stars it seems that they are recycling their food and on a budget and it's Disgusting to think that they can recycle food that they can pick up off from table and what t
I'm a fourth generation AZ Native.. Take it from me this place is authentic! It's not about the looks or 5 star service.. this food is considered good in Mexico and with local natives.. that says it all
We had huevos rancheros and agua fresca. The food and drinks were okay. Not the best I've had but not the worst. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because the customer service lacked significantly. Once we ordered and got our food the waitress never came back to check on us.
