IHOP

This place needs to be shut down or get new management. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I got take it and when I got home noticed that I had someone else’s food!! This was supposed to be scrambles eggs with bacon! Obviously, this is not what I got. No one answers the phone. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Wish I could give zero stars.

This was my first visit to an IHOP in many years. We had visited a Denny's the morning before and wanted to see if there was any difference between the 2 restaurants. Well, while the experience was OK I would have been much happier with the Denny's just north of this location. Hostess was pleasant. She sat us down with freshly wiped down menus at our table (wet menus). Service was on the slow side, took a while for our server to come to our table to take our order. While she seemed busy the runs she was making to the kitchen seemed to be with just one hand carrying something, the other being free. Tables were getting their food in tranches, not all at once. I asked for lemon for my water and a few minutes later I was handed a tiny bowl of tiny old & dried out lemon wedges (they were obviously cut many hours earlier). Yay. The best breakfast I've had at an IHOP in a while....clearly this will be the place we visit when traveling through town...staff friendly and courteous...clean restaurant...quick service even when its busy...the best part was the food...hot and fast .....definitely deserves more stars
