My family was staying at the hotel and decided to try the restaurant because we were tired of traveling - also, the signs that were posted everywhere about "Ladies drink free all day every day" was enticing. The restaurant and lounge was nice, great ambiance, the gentleman waiting on us, Adrianne I believe, was great, and the food was exactly what we needed after a long day. However, we were charged for the ladies' drinks - we didn't go extreme. There was 3 of us and we had 1 drink per person, so its not like we were abusing the system. We also left a $48 cash tip on the table (which was a 32% tip on the $150 bill), but now my brother's card is being billed an additional 15% gratuity charge! Moral of the story, decent ambiance and food, the in-person service was great, however the extra charges make it feel like a negative experience.
