Hostess was very pleasant, waiting staff needs training immediately. Don't come to work with an attitude and if you do leave it in the car. Waitress was very short with us and made an comment about if you can't tip stay at home, I paid the bill with a credit card the tip was going to be cash but lady when you opened your mouth you put your foot in it.
Just visited this Ihop and I have to say this was the worst experience ever. Upon arrival we were seated within 2 minutes but guy seemed with a attitude. We sat for about 20 minutes and no one went to our table. A young lady walked by our table twice and didn’t bother asking. After the 20 minutes we walked out. 6 employees at the door, not one said anything to use while walking out. Worst experience ever at an ihop.
Amazingly difficult just to get silverware. Actually left my seat to find silverware, asked a waiter who was standing near a bucket of prepared/wrapped silverware and her response was, "These are accounted for...". We were seated directly adjacent to a window with Filthy blinds (see attached picture). I requested a glass of hot water and Katy brought me packaged plastic ware. She made an assumption. Management must tighten the team's training. Smh
