Square Meal Cafe

This restaurant is as much as a convenience as it is a inconvenience.. I hate it but it is really true. They often run out of things that are on their menu, are closed for business when it rains, if it snows if it’s too hot.. this company is very unpredictable when it comes to business. I have no clue how they have been in business for as long as they have. I imagine things were different years ago..

This place is on the property of the company I work for, went in there for the first time.. ordered the cheese steak by recommendation along with fires and a drink.. the cheese steak is totally AMAZING??? Fries were a little too salty for me but they were also very delicious.. Highly Recommend to all of my co workers to check this place out if they already haven’t!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I stopped by on a whim. I wasn’t looking for the usual fast food drive thru for lunch. I was greeted by the kind staff and we made quick camaraderie. The restaurant is quaint and cozy but most importantly very clean. I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla with fries and made myself at home in the booth by the front. My meal came out quickly and was delicious. Not mention reasonably priced! Sharri checked on me and made sure the food was good and that I was comfortable. This restaurant has a very at-home feel and gives one a sense of well-being and good spirits. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Memphis. The location is convenient, the food is great, the staff is friendly, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
