IHOP

We are usually fans of ihop, I have a teenager that can plow through their breakfast any day of the week. However, the staff was screaming at each other, and seemed very disengaged with the customers. My ham and cheese omelet had literal sliced cheese on it, which is a new one I’ve never seen.. The bathrooms were not clean, the walls were covered in food everywhere I looked. My son said “seems like this ihop doesn’t care.” The entire restaurant of patrons is clearly staring around kind of in shock at not being taken care of with at least 11 people working on the restaurant side of the counter. A family left after not being taken care even though they asked for their food repeatedly. I watched a woman sit with her hand raised trying to get a drink for the entire time we were in the restaurant.

No stars if I could.....staff saw us come in and stood around several minutes before seating us. It was like we were a bother to be there. It was absolutely the worst experience we have had in a great while...I do not, have not or ever return to this location again. To dine here was a total disaster and would not recommend it to anyone. We bought a couple groupons and let them expire rather than return.

I recently dined at this IHOP location, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The food was far from the usual IHOP quality I've come to expect; it was bland and lacked the usual flavors. To make matters worse, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed distracted, and we had to flag them down repeatedly, eventually going to the counter ourselves to get what we needed. This visit was a far cry from the typical IHOP experience, and I hope they can improve their food and service quality in the future.
