IHOP

If anyone follows me on any of my reviews, you would know that customer service is really big for me. I visited this IHOP during the hours of their "happy hour" to order food at a reduced price. I was informed that in order to eat from the "happy hour" menu, I would need to dine in. However, I did not feel like sitting in with my grandson, so after I was denied the "happy hour" menu for take out, I ordered off the regular menu. Now, this is when it got really interesting. I ordered the junior cheeseburger and a soda which totalled $11.32. I handed Angelica a $20 bill and in return she gave me $8. At no point did I tell Angelica she could keep my change, nor did she provide the customer service by informing me that she didn't have change. It was actually my intentions to leave her a tip (because i am a tipper). However, she decided she wanted to keep $0.32 instead, so I obliged. Our waitress was on some SERIOUS drugs that had her running back and forth all over restaurant. She met her dealer while we were still in parking lot. Her eyes were literally about to pop out her face. She was breathing heavy. It was a blond lady at like 3 am yesterday morning. She was high beyond belief. Like literally running around the restaurant there were only 1 other customer beside me and my sister. If you have cameras it's worth the watch. Hilarous. Food was great and service was at the least entertaining breakfast and a show!!!!

The place is a bit small with lot of servers in the entrance area that makes the waiting area a bit messy, but it ain't that bad. The service was good (Sheera was our server) and the food nice too. The pulled pork melt with mac n cheese was really tasty. The burger was OK and fries were average. Overall, for price and food, a good experience.
