My friend bought me a fish dinner from here this week and it was so good I’ve been back 3 times and told friends to go, this restaurant is very clean and the food was good the only reason I’m giving this a 3 star the customer service wasn’t the best experience the workers are not friendly and rarely smile it’s like the are unhappy, please work on the interactions with your customers I think then people will go the extra in rating their experience!
Customer service from the server was horrible. No sides was ready ,so I ask to substitute for a fried dumpling SINCE IM PAYING $25 FOR OXTAILS MEAL THEY SAID NO. SO I JUST PAID 25 FOR MEAT AND RICE NO SIDES AND NO DISCOUNT. THE OXTAILS ARE NOT FULLY COOKED. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST AND THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK, SINCE THEY HAVE A ATTIUDE WITH CUSTOMERS. They deserve 0 stars
We went for Jamaican patties. The answer is yes! I need to o back to try other dishes. (Only take out. I don’t know about deliveries). They don’t have bathrooms but the target next to it does.
