IHOP

Very bad service! My friend and I came out for breakfast and got a table right away. However, it took about 10-15 minutes til they took our drink and food order. Our bacon was undercooked, our chicken was also under cooked we could see different spots of dark pink in it. When brought to our servers attention she took the plate and our receipt before we paid, claimed she was going to talk to her manager and never came back. I had to grab her attention to get our receipt and she didn't mention anything about feedback from her manager or apologizing for the mistakes and service given today. Then took my card to ring out the order rather than just giving me the receipt. Our servers name was Jacqueline R. she was not friendly at all, she wouldn't acknowledge us most of our visit to this location and acted as if we were inconveniencing her anytime we had questions. I asked for blueberry syrup for my pancakes and never received it. Very disappointed with today's service!

7/24/23. My husband and I went here for breakfast. We got a seat right away. It was freezing so I asked to move. We went to the back. So much better, our waitress Nicole was amazing. She didn't miss a beat for only being there for a month. We will go back because of her. But, when we walked in there was a lady filling syrup bottle at the table where you pay and get a table...That was gross!!!. And needs to be addressed. That's a no no. But never less it was a very good experience thanks to Nicole. We will be back! Hope to see you again Nicole. THANK YOU!!

super gross, nothing was good. i got French toast and the blueberries were frozen and it came with lemons. we asked for a egg white omelet and got regular eggs. We also wanted bananas strawberry and whipped cream pancakes and we got pathetic looking bananas. Everything had no taste and took forever. don’t waste your time!!! Got to the Waffle House nearby. WORST. IHOP. EVER!!
