5 stars for the entire staff last night on Monday, October 17. From being greeted to Dylan our server he is great. Attentive and service oriented this young crew is doing great in times where most restaurants have no good service ???? IHOP will get our business as it's a safe place for family to come
I went there yesterday and already the server working was rude. 1. She got mad at a different waitress for helping her take our order. 2. Never asked if I wanted the receipt (she just straight up gave it to me after a different customer asked for it.) 3. Gave me the wrong receipt. 4. Never asked if I wanted anything else or the typical “is everything good?” 5. I asked for 2 drink to go. One of them was a hot chocolate, and she spilled it. 6. After spilling it she didn’t bother to clean it up immediately. She just left without saying anything else. 7. A different customer also saw that and said that she was also rude to them. Don’t get me wrong, the ihop there is good. I’ve been plenty of times and this is the first time that I’ve ever had terrible service. I hope she gets fired because I never want to see her again.
Our server was amazing. He was funny, patient, sweet, and gave me advice on what to get and how to get the best deal that would lower my price and he also gave us free refills on a drink that didn't have free refills. He was timely and brought us everything we needed and came by often to check if we were okay and if we needed something else. He didn't wait for us to call him over. Not once did we need to call him over because he came by at all the right times and he never said he couldn't do something or bring us something. He made us feel very welcome. We all enjoyed our food. Everything was great but the service was definitely the best part of it. I would go again just for our server's great service. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Parking: Parking lot is ample and more than enough room for parking even though there were many cars. Found a spot right away.
