I ordered two helpings of pancakes there were five pancakes in each container I opened the container to mix morning to enjoy two of them to find out there was some stuff on the pancake look like they had taken the pancake off of someone else's plate and package them for me. That order was not a cheap. I was so irate because I was already to enjoy some hot pancakes. I had to bring them back to IHOP

Just not a good experience. Awful service sat forever without anything to drink. No apologies.. nothing. I get it was busy but it was actually painful how long we waited. Finally get a cup of coffee after being passed by so many times. Getting a refill was the whole ordeal again. And our food came out at different times our daughter was the last to receive food which I couldn't wrap my head around.
