Del Taco

I asked for two soft tacos with sour cream and they gave me no sour cream. I also asked for a bean burrito and they gave me a beef burrito. They didn’t have the donut bites but charged me for them and gave me the cinnamon sticks instead, which I didn’t want. They didn’t even offer an option for a refund. The line was average. Service was alright but I didn’t like the quality of food at all. Overall, check your bags and tacos because if you don’t eat meat this is an inconvenience for sure! Wasn’t a good first experience. I guess I’ll just stick to Taco Bell. *Edit: I also forgot to add they forgot my side of chips. I already went on your website to contact you privately*

Day time is great,night time not so much. Always check your food. I got a quesadilla and the inside was full of burnt something. I'm not sure what is was but it cut the inside of my throat. Never again

It took almost 20 minutes to get my order of 3 tacos! The staff were in disarray. One employee was eating at the food preparation line. None of them seem to know how to make anything. After the first 10 minutes of waiting for them to call my name, I went back up and was asked if I had forgotten anything. I told them that I was still waiting on my order. They seemed confused as if they had no idea that I had placed an order. As I continued to wait for my order, they completely ignored other customers that came in later. I also watched an employee eating behind the counter at the food preparation station. This is a huge health code violation that will be reported to the local jurisdiction. I was so upset at the poor service that I only ended up eating part of my order and throwing out the rest. DO NOT EAT THERE! THEY ARE UNSANITARY AND YOU WILL GET SICK!
