IHOP

The service was very bad. The pancake took over 30 minutes to come out and the waitress didn't come back until right before that. There was not many people there therefore the food shouldn't have taken that long. The pancakes should have been hot and not cold as long as I waited, the butter wouldn't even melt. The pancakes were ripping apart, I could have made better pancakes with my own excellent service. I will never go back, I will go to Dennys from here on.

I placed my order on the company website literally an hour ago. The email said my food would be ready about 11:23am. I arrived about 10 minutes after and they gave my order to someone else. The manager could not even formulate a proper sentence and had no explanation ( sounded like he was mumbling) as to what happened with my order. He didn't offer to comp me or anything. Instead I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes because of their error. What made it worse was that I was working and just stopped by to pick up my food and my time was wasted. IHOP, I suggest you train your managers better on how to deal with customer service issues. Another establishment that lost a customer. Totally unacceptable !

Great little location in Covina with a high-pitched roof. Food is good, and the service is good, but I'm not sure about the crazy noise when they put the dirty plates into their bin. Sounds like they're throwing them in there from 20 feet away...SO LOUD and I see folks almost jump out of their seats when it happens. Where are all the syrups? ????
