Buffalo Wild Wings

Friendly staff get the stars, but the food was just okay. Wings sauce was not mix well at this location, the veggies was dirty and like 3 pieces, and ranch sauce was off, very milky like favor that isn't as good as other locations for ranch sauce or any sauces, also onions rings was soft with more grease than crunch oddly. Totally wanted to like the food to match the nice staffs. Parking: Big parking lot, easy to park and free.

I came here today with my girlfriend and at first the server was very nice along with the gentleman that seated us. I requested a booth and he obliged. Our food came out, and my 30 piece lemon pepper wings were cold along with my girlfriends medium buffalo 10 piece wings. I asked the server if she can submit a request to have them remade. The server then told us that she would have both of our orders sent back. But I thought the other half was okay and I flagged her down to just have the whole thing remade. She was very snippy with us. She didn’t have that caring attitude that other places have when something is wrong with the food. Atmosphere is nice. Lots of tvs at all kinds of different angles. Baseball, football, nfl draft was on at the time. They replaced our wings for a second time before speaking with the manager and they were still cold. Update about 5 minutes later: I spoke with the manager, she was very nice. I told her about the cold food and she said she’d be happy to take

Worst service ever, we waited almost an hour to be relocated to another table because our party count changed, we were told a table was being prepared for us and then manager Fabian Andrade came to us saying that the table was given to another party. Server Rebecca was not helpful at all, she said prices were not the ones on the menu?? How come you will have a menu that has wrong info to confuse your customers?? She was rude at all times. The dinning room was dirty and no one came to clean it for us while we waited for nothing. Worst BWW in the area, if owner can let me know when I reach out to him so I can make a formal complaint or I will have to call your corporate offices. Thanks
