IHOP

If I could give them a 0 I would. We ordered our food at 1000, by 1045 we still didn’t have our breakfast. Several families came after us & received their food. So, we decided to leave…no problem maybe our order wasn’t put in?.. The problem is that the woman in the blue shirt, we assumed was management, went off on my husband as he whispered “we haven’t gotten our food yet”. She yelled “get out, just go.” Mind you, my husband is extremely polite. We were the ones with our bellies touching our backs, so why is she talking to him like he’s her dog? Never again….

We went to breakfast, were seated, waited 10 minutes with no service, another family was seated and their order taken. We waited 10 more minutes, still no service. We weren't even acknowledged by the server. The only tables receiving attention were of families that matched the server. Seriously disappointed in this as we genuinely enjoy Ihop. We won't be visiting this establishment again.

This place is either extremely short staffed or lazy. I waited 40 minutes to get an omelet to go (that was made wrong) while there were only 2 people eating in the entire restaurant. 2. Thats it. And there were 3 pick up orders that came in and waited 10-15 minutes for their stuff. 40 minutes for an omelet to be made wrong is a bit ridiculous. No apologies for how long I had to wait. I am pregnant and exhausted, so I didn't even have it in me to go back in and correct the young woman on the food. Also, I have ordered this exact omelet before. Its normally way bigger than this. What the heck ihop? $16 for half of what yall normally give is insane.
