I’m giving 0 stars.. I use to love chili’s but after this meal complication I’ll never go back.. I spoke with the manager last nite after the door dash driver brought my food .. I opened my box my eggs rolls were burned but I still tried to eat them bc just getting off work I was hungry and found some type of strings in my egg rolls. That’s insane I could have choked to death. Then my big mouth bites were over cooked.. I’m just so disappointed the restaurant has really gone down.. Why would u serve something to a customer I’m sure the cook that put that in my box wouldn’t have excepted food like that.. although the manager was nice she didn’t really help she blamed it on the company they get the egg rolls from.. she didn’t ask for my name offer to replace my order nothing.. it’s ok I wouldn’t want it. Be careful here.
The food wasn't prepared well at all. My friend & I had to keep flagging someone down. The service wasn't good at all.
