I will NEVER order at this iHop EVER again!!! My order was supposed to be ready by 10:56. I got in there on time, had to wait another 20 minutes for pancakes. It was busy, I get it. I waited that 20+ minutes to get small, tough pancakes! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not acceptable! I'm just done with ihop altogether.
Every time my husband & i come here, it’s packed, BUT the wait time is never what they say it’ll be, it takes less! Servers are always fast & have never gotten an order wrong, everyone is very polite. Food is also always what we expect. On the picture here it is the chicken supreme i think it’s called in a bowl. Very good & gets you full!
I’m not sure if it’s new management but I definitely seeing a change! I have never seen a manager hold down a Restaurant the way this gentleman did! This IHOP was completely packed on a Sunday. The manager Giovanni was top notch! All his staff and team were amazing! Wait times were no longer than 15 minutes I’ve never seen anything like it! I’d recommend this IHOP to anyone! This manager is awesome!
