IHOP

It doesn’t meet my expectations but to be fair, the same taste as before, they keep their work persistent.

My family and I had come to IHOP in hopes of excellent service. When we walked past the windows, we found that no one had bussed most tables. We were lead to a clean table. We understand that they're are short staffed. The waitress was probably new and had to come by a couple of times to confirm drink orders which we aren't mad about. It wasn't until my food arrived and my mother and my baby sister didn't get their food like the others had. I had to get up to flag someone downs since no one came to check up on us. When my mothers pancakes came, they're were semi-undercooked and came apart and split in half... the wrong kind of half. Wasn't the best service but was very disappointed in it. I hope they do better.

IHOP has gone downhill over the last few years. My wifes meal was fine no issues. I had the French toast which was pretty undercooked. Looked good but it really wasn't. Service seemed slower than it should have been.
