IHOP

The Wolf Rd location Colonie NY we had a great Experience within the last month. This time from the start waitress believe her name was Gwen not sure because she wouldn’t say. We new what we wanted a make your own omelet with spinach bacon ham mushrooms Swiss cheese at first she couldn’t remember order. So she said get a Spinach and mushroom omelette and then will add the rest that way she could remember it better. Also coffee that was not good. Asked for creamer got 2 asked for more then got up to get and was told it would be brought to table never came so we had to get up and get it again. Had to ask for spoon, once omelet came not Swiss cheese believe cheddar - spinach an slice of bacon on top. Side order of sausage never came. Waitress never came back to table to check if everything was good. So once done went to register said she could take the sausage off an a coffee cause it was awful. She went to table picked up coffee cups and came back saying one was 1/2 gone an I said mine.

As a Swedish person I have never been to an IHOP before so when I came to the US it was a mandatory visit. And it was so good!!! Their pancakes were great!! Super delicious and we got so much of it. The staff was really nice as well ????

A typical ihop place on a Sunday morning that was crowded. Place is very small and the seating areas are damaged as well. Service was extremely slow, could be because of the crowd. Food was as usual
