The Cheesecake Factory

Ordered the chicken with honey & truffles. Very dry , overcooked & tough to chew. & to top it off, the portions were small on both dinners. Overpriced & poor quality NOT. RECOMMENDED ✴️ Yesterday the owner responded & stated that I should have told the Manager, so that the Manager could have handled it. I said it was "takeout" and I live over 40 minutes away.! Well.......How Are You Going To Handle This? It was an extremely bad dinner, in every way!

Friendly staff, big place, good food! We stopped in around 4ish it was busy but got seated right off. The drinks and appetizers came out quick, the other food took some time but there was 6 of us. The cheesecake selection though!! So many kinds hard to pick just 1. Definitely go check it out.

We went for my child's birthday dinner. We told the lady at the front that it was her birthday, and our server confirmed it. We ordered dinner...which was meh...ok, then our server asked if we wanted dessert (to stay or to go) and that was it! No one sang to her or anything! Super disappointed. The food was edible - over priced. The cheesecake was good. We took home. But honestly, I thought it was so mean they didn't sing happy birthday. We weren't expecting a freebie- we bought the cake but they could have sang to her. It will be a very long time before we go back there, if we ever do. Features: No one was wearing a mask. There didn't seem to be any safety practices here.
