IHOP

I love this IHOP. The food is great and the staff are friendly. Only thing I noticed today was there’s a young guy working the front who didn’t ask me if I was there to dine in or carry out, just ignored me as other customers kept coming in after me. Eventually I got up and walked up to the carry out orders and just grabbed my order. He was just standing there chit chatting with another staff member. He’s a young guy who mumbles. I recommend a supervisor have a talk with him about professionalism and doing his job right.

Arrived 5 minutes early for a curbside order & immediately checked in, though I couldn't park in the curbside area because someone (an employee I presume) had to park their huge Taho over the line 25 minutes later I called; they said they'd have it right out. 45 minutes after arriving I drove off without my food. Called on the way back, told them to cancel my food so I wouldn't have to file a dispute with my credit card - not even an apology. Avoid. Parking: Someone parked over the line in curbside, which is by the dumpster

So we just moved to Dallas TX and this IHOP is near by our home and its the second time we've come here we really like it. Not to many people, normal waiting time, the food is great, and they have treated us very polite since day one. We will defiantly come here more often.
